In order to inherit the red genes and cultivate team spirit, the company organized all employees to go to Linyi, Shandong to carry out a two-day and one night themed team building activity called "Pursuing Red Footprints and Consolidating Team Strength". The activity combined revolutionary traditional education with team collaboration practice and achieved good results.
Day 1: Remembering history and drawing strength for progress
On the first day of the event, we visited the former headquarters of the East China Field Army and the Memorial Hall of the former headquarters of the New Fourth Army. In a solemn atmosphere, everyone listened attentively to the explanation. The revolutionary predecessors' firm ideals and beliefs, fearless sacrifice spirit, and outstanding wisdom and courage deeply infected every employee present, inspiring everyone's sense of responsibility and mission to stand on their posts and overcome difficulties.
In the afternoon, we strolled through the quaint streets and alleys, not only experiencing the profound cultural heritage of the ancient city, but also promoting communication and enhancing friendship in a relaxed atmosphere.
The next day: Exploring nature and honing the spirit of collaboration
In the firefly cave, the team experienced a unique 'dark journey'. In the darkness where one cannot see their fingers, the voices of concern and the outstretched help are the most direct manifestation of the team's trust and support. When thousands of fireflies twinkle overhead like stars, the darkness they experience together makes this natural wonder even more precious, and also makes everyone deeply appreciate the importance of relying on and illuminating each other in unknown environments.
The subsequent exploration of the underground Grand Canyon fully demonstrated the spirit of mutual assistance among the team members. Front team members proactively remind of road conditions, while rear team members respond promptly; When encountering difficulties, strong arms will always extend in a timely manner; The sound of encouragement and laughter echoing in the canyon is a vivid portrayal of team cohesion and combat effectiveness.

This Linyi red themed team building activity is a baptism of ideas and a melting of the team. By tracing the footsteps of revolutionary predecessors, all employees have deeply understood the connotation of the red spirit and absorbed the power of progress; In the exploration and challenge of natural wonders, the trust, tacit understanding, and collaborative spirit among team members have been significantly improved.
